Balakrishnan Ranganathan

Director

Mr. Bala has been the Chief Executive Officer of Excelencia since 2005 and has co-founded the company. From 2020 he took up the role of Director. Prior to his current role, Bala has lead businesses in several industries and carries almost three decades of work experience.

Under Bala’s leadership, Talent Academy has grown manifold in the last few years in terms of offerings & clients. His aim while founding Talent Academy in Excelencia Group of Companies was to cater to the competency needs of clients by empowering freshers & leaders the most significant qualities for delivering high performance

Salima Dosani

Director

Salima has more than 2 decades of experience in Delivery, Project & Program Management in automotive engineering projects across the globe – Asia, Germany, USA. across domains like Powertrain, Autonomous Driving & Connected Vehicles. She has been instrumental in developing Project Manager Certification courses, along with a unique competency assessment framework.

She has developed an experience sharing based learning program for Program Managers, in which she collaborated with senior business & delivery leaders across the organization to train participants.

She has also successfully conducted “Train The Trainer” programs, which are highly appreciated by practitioners & trainers. Salima is a PMI certified Instructor for PMP Examination Preparation & holds Certificate for NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner. She has a passion for sharing her knowledge & experience, through engaging training & coaching programs.
